Return & Refund Policy for Personalized Gifts

Thank you for choosing personalized products. Since each item is custom-made to your specifications, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy. Please read the details carefully before placing your order.


1. Nature of Personalized Products

All products—including t-shirts, mugs, frames, pillows, wallets, and other customized items—are made specifically based on the design, text, images, and details provided by the customer. Because of this, these items cannot be resold or reused.


2. No Returns for Customer Errors

Returns or refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect spelling, text, or design submitted by the customer
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality images provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect size selection (for apparel or other size-based products)

Customers are advised to double-check all details before placing the order.


3. Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

In such cases, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.


4. Proof Requirement

To process any return or replacement request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue
  • Images of the packaging (if damaged during transit)

Without proper proof, the request may not be approved.


5. Refund Policy

  • If the issue is verified and a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval

6. Replacement Policy

  • If the product qualifies, a free replacement will be arranged
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue
  • No additional charges will be applied for eligible cases

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before production starts
  • Once the product is in production, cancellation is not allowed

8. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
